Boon Edam has announced the official opening of its new corporate headquarters and technology center in downtown Raleigh, NC. The new facility houses much of Boon Edam’s office staff as well as a new technology center offering a variety of secure entry solutions.

Visitors to the Raleigh offices and technology center will see a wide variety of Boon Edam products and technologies on display. Solutions featured include Tourlock security revolving doors, Circlelock security airlock gates, TQM revolving doors with power assist, access control and automatic night locking, Speedlane Lifeline Swing and Speedlane Compact optical turnstiles, full Turnlock height with BE Secure overhead detection system, Winglock access gates and integrated technologies such as Stereovision anti-piggyback technology and BoonTouch access control panels.
Boon Edam also showcases integrations between their entry control products and third-party access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems, including OpenPath, Lenel, Convergint, LifeSafety Power, Idemia, 2Square C, Envoy, and more. .
Boon Edam’s new location is part of the Smoky Hollow community, a rapidly growing downtown community that is redefining the urban experience at the northern gateway to downtown Raleigh. Within the shared mixed-use neighborhood are a variety of restaurants, art galleries, retail stores, and residential spaces. Boon Edam’s facilities are near Raleigh-Durham International Airport and Union Station, Raleigh’s new multimodal transit hub.
Boon Edam’s sales staff, including many members of management, marketing, sales, customer service and finance, have moved from the company’s offices in Lillington, North Carolina to the new Raleigh site. .
