Ipsos appoints Head of Cohesion and Security in the UK

In the UK, Ipsos has appointed Caroline Paskell as Head of Cohesion and Security within its Public Affairs division.

Paskell (pictured) joins training in research, practice and policy on issues of security, cohesion, crime and justice. Most recently, she served as Evaluation Manager at Research in Practice, which works with local authorities, national charities and independent organizations across England to support professionals working with children and families. , among other groups. Previously, she led government and grant-funded projects within NatCen’s Crime and Justice and Communities teams; and she was senior research and policy officer at children’s charity Barnardo’s.

Along with her new role, Paskell will continue to serve as president of the Journal of Poverty and Social Justice.
