PETALING JAYA (December 14): Tago (M) Sdn Bhd launched ALAIA Titiwangsa in Taman Tiara Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur. ALAIA Titiwangsa is a 1.6 acre serviced apartment project with a gross development value of RM 237 million, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

ALAIA Titiwangsa offers three-bedroom units at 1012 square feet, two-bedroom units at 807 square feet, and one-bedroom units at 635 square feet. Its rectangular layouts make it easy to place furniture and minimize wasted space.
